Tulsa Property Experts, operated by Tulsa Property Experts, LLC ("we"), is a referral directory. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise or warrant any work. Each partner listed on this site is an independent business. Any contract for services is between you and that business, and that business is solely responsible for its licensing, insurance, workmanship and warranty.

We verify the items described on our verification page at the time a partner is listed and periodically afterward. Verification is a good-faith check of public records and documents provided to us and is not a guarantee of future performance. You should confirm license and insurance status yourself before signing any contract.

Tulsa Property Experts is compensated by the partners listed on this site. Partners pay a flat fee to hold their category; homeowners never pay us and partners quote you directly with no markup. Ownership relationships between the operators of this site and Top Dollar Home Offer and Waypoint Realty are disclosed on those service pages and on our about page.

The estate-attorney category is paid advertising at a flat rate. We are not a law firm or a lawyer referral service, we do not evaluate legal matters, and we receive nothing per inquiry or per client. Legal services are provided solely by the listed attorney and law firm under a written fee agreement with you. Likewise, our listing-agent category is held by a licensed real estate agent whose brokerage, not this site, is the party to any listing agreement.

Information on this site about permits, licensing rules, insurance and costs is general and may change; confirm with the relevant city office, the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, or your insurer.

Text message (SMS) terms

Tulsa Property Experts, LLC sends promotional and marketing messages to users who explicitly consent via a separate, optional marketing checkbox within the https://tulsapropertyexperts.com website form. Messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Just text "STOP" to (918) 992-7336. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
